DRAWING NATALYA NEIDHART!!!

I am so late posting this. Actually, only like 5 days late. I forgot to post my drawing here (as I usually end up forgetting to post somewhere). haha Anyway, I am such a huge fan of Nattie Neidhart! In my personal opinion, she should be a multiple time champion by now. To me, that horrible Divas Title doesn't count and I am SOOOOO glad that thing is gone!

I drew Nattie 7 years ago and was so excited about it. I came across it not long ago and was horrified that I actually posted that for the world to see! haha The proportions are so wrong, the colors are way too bright and the shadows aren't near dark enough. I just had to do another "Draw This Again". Plus, I just love seeing how my art has changed or improved over the last few years and boy has it ever!!!

Included here is my updated drawing of WWE's "Queen of Black Harts", my old drawing next to my new one and the progress video. Hope you all like it! :)

DRAWING WONDER WOMAN!!!

I love cosplay! I want to cosplay but I don't really have the guts to do so. So, I just follow amazing cosplayers on social media! ;) One of my recent favorite cosplayers is Hendo! I first came across Hendo on the AWE Me Youtube Channel on their show, "DIY Prop Shop". She is just so adorable and is extraordinary in cosplay.

Not too long ago, Hendo posted a photo of her dressed as Wonder Woman from the new movie, and I thought it was extremely stunning and I just had to draw it! So...I DID! haha

I ended up adding Wonder Woman's Lasso but everything else in the drawing is the same as Hendo's photograph. Normally I don't draw exactly from one photo but this one was just so cool that I didn't want to change anything. I tagged Hendo on Instagram so I hope she sees it and likes the drawing. More so, I hope she is ok that I used her photo! lol Anyway, here is the drawing, a photo/drawing comparison and the video! Hope you enjoy!

DRAWING CHARLOTTE FLAIR!!! and Speedpainting!

Trying to keep up with posting new art every week....then I go and try to draw something pretty detailed! haha Oh well, I still think my new digital drawing of WWE's Charlotte Flair turned out pretty cool! ;) Since she is sometimes referred to as the "Queen", I was desperate to draw Charlotte sitting on a throne with a WWE crown. I also added a small staff with the WWE logo on it for extra goodness.

Initially I wanted to draw Charlotte in a different outfit. Either the light blue robe with the black feathers or the gold and black robe but then I realized that if I wanted to have new art to post this week, I was not gonna be able to draw all those feathers! haha So, I went with her stunning green robe with the peacock feathers.

I did my best to highlight the crown on her head but I see it still gets lost in all the detail of the feather neck piece. Overall, I still appreciate the final drawing! Yay for another successful piece of art! Now, no more blabbing...on to the art!!! ;) Also...check out the work-in-progress video as well! :)

DRAWING NYMPHADORA TONKS....AGAIN!!!

Back in 2011, I drew a picture of Nymphadora Tonks from the Harry Potter series! At the time, I was still using Paint.NET to draw so the blending isn't so great but when I completed it, I was soooo happy with it! After drawing my newest Selfie, I was able to see how much improvement I have made! This inspired me to look for another older drawing that I used to love and redraw it.

As soon as I saw my 2011 Tonks drawing, I knew I had to redraw it! Now, usually I end up working on a drawing for so long that by the time I am finished with it, I no longer like it. However, this digital art is now at the top of my favorites that I have EVER drawn! I seriously keep looking at it and not believing I was able to draw this!

I took the liberty of putting side-by-side pictures of each drawing for you to get a better look at it! As usual, I did make a speedpainting video for this new Tonks drawing! ;) Take a look at the video after the pics! ;)

My Art & Etsy

Long time, no see. I haven't blogged since January of this year! Whoops! With all of today's social media...my blog unfortunately got pushed to the back burner. Well, I'm here today to let all of you know (who follow, of course..hehe) I have updated my Etsy store and have a few paintings currently up for sale! :) Link to my Etsy store is at the bottom of this blog post. ;)

The first painting is my favorite and I was actually quite reluctant to part with it. It's of my FAVORITE character of all time...HARLEY QUINN!!! It's an 18x24 inch acrylic painting on canvas. It is sealed with Krylon Satin Finishing Spray. It features Harley in her original and iconic outfit from "Batman: The Animated Series". While trying to decide on poses and accessories in the painting, I decided to use Margot Robbie's likeness. BTW, I LOOOOOOOVED Margot as Harley in "Suicide Squad"!

Next is a collage of sorts of Justice League member logos. Of course, I had to add my favorite, Batman! ;) This would look great in a collector's Justice League collection, or a child's room or any other Justice League fanatic! :)

Joker the Pitbull Speedpainting!!!!

Yay! My first art of 2016! Well, technically I finished this painting in 2015 but I am just now able to get the speedpainting completed today, so GET OFF MY BACK!!! haha totally kidding! ;-)

This painting was for a family friend who contacted me to paint her and her husband's Pitbull, Joker for her husband as a Christmas present! I was thrilled and I am even more thrilled at how it turned out! I think it looks great and she was very happy with it, so YAY! haha

Anyway, here is the sweet furbaby...JOKER!

Resident Evil's Red Queen Speedpainting

Here is my 2nd of 9 paintings that I'm doing as part of a Horror Movie Series for my twin sister, Measha! :) This painting was a lot of fun and a bit of a challenge since the "person" was all red. "Scream" Speedpainting!

Ooooo...a super fun series I am starting here! My twin sister and I are HUGE horror movie fans and when she recently bought a bundle of 9, 4x4 inch canvases, she came up with an awesome idea for me to paint a scene from different horror films on each one! This is super exciting for us both! If I'm correct, she is going to hang them in her movie room! :) Once they are all finished and hung up, I plan on posting a picture here.

Anyway, here is the first painting of 9 that I will be doing...from my favorite Horror film of all time, "SCREAM"!!!!! Ahhh...so excited at how it came out!!! She loves it too so, YAY!!! Here is the painting and after, you can watch the speedpainting video! :)

WWE DIVA PAIGE, SPEEDPAINTING!!!

I'm absolutely loving these Diva drawings! They are quick, easy and a LOT of fun to work on! I have plans to draw a whole lot more of them! YAY! :)

Today's drawing is of the "Anti-Diva" herself...WWE's resident "Glampire", PAIGE!!! Huge fan of Paige! Here is my artwork of her with the two titles she has held in the WWE, (simultaneously, I might add), the WWE Divas Championship and the NXT Womens Championship! I absolutely LOVE the look of the NXT Womens title and it was super fun to draw! I did not include me drawing the Divas title in this video because I just copied and pasted it from when I drew Mickie James. Monty Cat Speedpaint

My best friend's whole family loves cats! Just as mine love dogs. So, when my friend's brother's cat, Monty unexpectedly passed away, they were all beyond devastated.

 For my friend's birthday, I painted her a picture of the family cat, Rolo who had passed away and she absolutely loved it! So when her brother's cat passed, she asked me to paint his cat for him for Christmas. It was an absolute joy to paint the sweet little Monty. Below is the painting and the speedpainting video. Mini Disney Paintings! Princess Jasmine!!!

I recently got this small pack of canvases from Ross and I had no idea what I was going to paint on them.  A little while ago, I was looking on YouTube at other speedpaintings and I came across this amazing artist, Madoka Kinoshita and her video painting Sailor Moon. The painting is titled, "Magical Girl". I was soooo engrossed in that video. The painting was so perfect and I became so inspired.

I am a huge fan of Disney Princesses and my top three are Jasmine, Belle and Rapunzel. So....there was my decision! Paint my top 3 Disney Princesses! To start off, I have for you...Princess Jasmine!
